About the course

Life Science: Biology is a new high school course that explores the principles of biology, including cell structure and function, genetics, evolution, ecology, and human body systems. Students develop scientific inquiry and problem-solving skills through hands-on laboratory experiments, which are essential for understanding living organisms and their interactions with the environment.

Please note that, although this is the first year schools are implementing this course, not all schools have adopted it yet, as this is a transitional year. Check with your child’s school to confirm whether they have transitioned to this course or are still offering the traditional Living Environment course.
